Are You Built To Last?

I am interested in “extending the warranty” on the human frame and that is what my FrameWork “Active For Life” book series is about– and is a follow up to my original bestseller FrameWork. We have indeed outlived the warranties on our frames, and strategies to have a ‘body built to last’ are becoming more and more important. Think about it. Around 1900 (not too long ago) the average life expectancy was around 46. It is now almost 80. In just over one hundred tears we have almost doubled the human life expectancy! That’s more than what has happened in the entire history of mankind.

Unfortunately, evolution is not fast enough to catch-up and give us a body or frame that will hold up as long as we will be needing it. With a little luck, lifestyle and genetics, longevity is no longer the issue (we are living much longer), but durability is (we’re wearing out). I believe you can get that “extended warranty.” Are you built to last? If so, what’s your secret?
